Inspections & Investigations
When problems occur with new or existing
buildings, let Focus Collaborative help. We will investigate
the conditions using photographic and forensic examinations
to determine the cause and recommend action to correct the
conditions.
Focus Collaborative will review the data, prepare
a report documenting the findings, and recommend options to
select a permanent, affordable solution. We will evaluate
option costs and benefits and present to help clients select
the most effective solution meeting the budget, schedule,
and other project constraints. More importantly, the program
will safe guard the public, meet code requirements, and
extend the life cycle of the building.
 Each project approach and methodology will be
tailored to suit the individual project
conditions. We will develop an inspection and investigation
plan to outline the steps
required to review, analyze and solve each particular
problem.
Focus
Collaborative will coordinate the entire team to resolve
the problem. We will arrange for contracting, testing and
engineering services, when required, to explore the existing
conditions and to produce construction documents for the
recommended
solution. Focus Collaborative will solicit multiple bids
from selected contractors to
complete the corrective work. We will monitor the corrective
construction for compliance with the documents. |
